TriMet HOP Passes for High School Students

TriMet HOP passes are available for eligible high school students from September through June. Due to significantly decreased funding from TriMet this year, the number of passes is limited, so they will be prioritized for students with the greatest transportation needs.

Eligible students must attend:

Centennial High School
Centennial Virtual Academy
Centennial Transition Center
Centennial Reconnections Program
Rosemary Anderson High School – East
OPEN School

Priority will be given to students who:

Live within walking distance of school (1.5 miles or less) for extenuating circumstances;
Need transportation to work and/or attend after-school activities.

Students who have a school bus route or are attending a Centennial school on a transfer are not eligible for a bus pass.

To request a pass: Complete this Google Form by Thursday, October 8, 2026. Please allow 1–3 days for processing.

HOP cards are assigned to individual students and are valid through the end of the school year. Lost cards can be replaced up to two times during the school year. If the student no longer attends a Centennial school, notify the Student Services Secretary to inactivate the student's HOP pass.

Please note: There are a limited number of passes available. Once all passes have been assigned, additional passes will not be available.
