School Profile

Centennial High School is a four-year comprensive 5A high school serving approximately 1669 students. The schoolyear is three trimesters. The high school serves two middle schools (grades 6-8) and six elementary schools (grades K-5).

Mission
All students will demonstrate high academic standards in an equitable, supportive school culture and graduate college and career ready.

  • Centennial is a school community bridging the cities of Portland and Gresham, OR. Downtown Portland, Portland International Airport, and Mt. Hood Community College are all  within a 20-minute drive.

  • CAL is a collaboration of school districts where juniors and seniors take advanced project-based courses in six career areas: Health Sciences, Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Digital Media and Design, FAB Lab (Fashion, Art, and Branding), and ChangeLab (Leadership and Entrepreneurship).

    • 6.3% plan to attend a trade/technical school
    • 6.3% plan to go to some other college
