This year’s Homecoming theme is Eagle Country, Celebrating 50 Years of Centennial. Homecoming is a longstanding tradition for high schools and colleges across the country to celebrate their school’s alumni. For CHS, it’s also a chance for our school to connect with our District community.

This year marks the 50th Anniversary of the Centennial School District, so there is an added layer of celebration that we want to make note of. To our current staff and students, we invite you to participate in the week’s events. To our alumni and District community, we welcome you to come and enjoy the festivities of Homecoming Day, including our Parade, Tailgate, and football game against Parkrose High School.

  • Monday: Denim Day
    Dress in anything denim.

    Tuesday: Sneakers Vs. Boots
    Wear your best sneakers or your best boots.

    Wednesday: Eagle Day
    Wear school colors or school merch. (Scarlet Red & Columbia Blue)

    Thursday: Country Vs. Countries
    Dress in your best Cowboy/Cowgirl outfit or dress your culture.

    Friday: Cowboy/Cowgirl
    Dress in your best Cowboy/Cowgirl outfit, especially for the Homecoming Game!

  • Our first school-wide assembly for the year! Show your school spirit and enjoy the day’s festivities with your fellow classmates.

    The assembly will take place during 3rd period.

  • One of the best District-wide events of the year. Whether you’re marching in the parade or enjoying it as a spectator, the Homecoming Parade is a celebration of our community including all Centennial School District schools.

    Parade participants should meet at the Centennial Middle School parking lot at 4:20pm.
    Parade starts at 5:00pm.

  • Support your CHS clubs and enjoy some treats they will have on sale. 

  • Cheer on your Eagles as they take on the Parkrose Broncos! Halftime will feature our Homecoming Court coronation and performances from our High-C’s Dance Team, Cheer, and Band.

    Game starts at 7:00pm!

  • Celebrate the end of Homecoming with your fellow Eagles at our Homecoming Dance.

    Tickets are on sale for $10 at lunch, or FREE if you’ve purchased your ASB sticker.

    Dance is from 8:30pm – 10:30pm.
